Exchange and Returns

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order from Dubarry, or it is the wrong size, we will be happy to exchange it or refund you within 14 days of purchase/receipt providing the items are unworn and undamaged. (NB postage costs are not refunded). If you return an item for exchange or refund by post, please enclose a covering letter stating:

  • Your reasons for return
  • Where your item(s) were purchased
  • A copy of your receipt/proof of purchase
  • Full contact details including postal address and daytime contact telephone number.

Fulfilment of Orders

Dubarry endeavour to fulfil every order in the shortest possible time. Where stocked out items are placed on back order the lead time may be longer. There may be rare occasions where we face stock shortages through circumstances beyond our control. Should such circumstances arise, Dubarry reserve the right to extend the lead time for fulfilment or extend the back-order period where appropriate and within reason. This does not affect your right to cancel any order already placed and receive a full refund to the value of the cancelled order. Dubarry cannot accept liability for any costs in addition to the value of the cancelled portion of the order.
