• No UPS packages will be collected on Dec 24th, no pick-up is available.
• UPS will not be delivering on Dec 24th 2010 unless packages are sent next day air
• Last UPS Ground Shipping Days for Christmas 2010 (see zone map at bottom of page for your location)

• Please note that shipping times are provided by UPS in good faith and while all parties undertake to ensure that these timetables are met, weather conditions and seasonal volumes may affect delivery time on occasion.

Who do you use for shipping?

• For larger and more valuable items we use UPS Ground as standard (Boots, Luggage, Clothing)
• For single, smaller and lower value items (Leather cream and so on) we use Regular US Post .

Where do you ship from?

We ship and administrate your order from our Nottingham, Pennsylvania location. This is also the office that you speak to when you call our North America Toll-Free number - You get to speak to real people (often drinking real tea) with no automated telephone system.

How Long will my order take to be shipped? Time Map

• Where items are in stock (Which applies to a majority of items the majority of the time) we will despatch your order within 2 working days, usually the same day if the order is placed before midday.

We will always contact you if your order cannot be dispatched straight away

Internet placed orders will receive a "dispatch notification" email when the order is shipped.

What are UPS delivery hours?

Our couriers deliver between 9am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays only.

Do you require a signature on delivery?

For any orders of an insurable value our couriers will require a signature on delivery. You may provide a delivery address other than that of your home if you are not at home during the day. If you provide a work address, please ensure that the correct office/department/floor details are supplied.

Customers requesting items to be left without signature will also waiver insurance on shipping. Dubarry cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of packages if the recipient waives the signature/insurance request.

What Currency are the prices Shown in?

All Prices are show in Pre-Tax U.S. Dollars (Not including Shipping)

How Can I Pay?

At the 'Check Out' you will be given 2 options:

1. Credit Card Payment via a secure link to PayPal's server (you do not need a PayPal account)
2. Pay by Check (you will then receive instructions on where and how to send your payment)

What Kind of Shoe Sizing is Shown?

All sizes shown on this site are in English (UK) sizes or Continental European (EU) sizes. If you do not know your sizing on this scale, please view our conversion chart here.

Please note: when you receive your Dubarry boots or Shoes that sizes shown on the actual footwear are UK or EU sizing. Please refer to the box for indicated US(Men's only) and EU sizing.

How is Tax Charged?

Tax is calculated according to the State to which the goods are shipped. We are required by US law to collect tax on items delivered to States in which we have a physical presence at the tax rate set by the destination State.

Prices shown in the catalogue are not inclusive of Tax.

For orders to States other than those in which we have a physical presence (PA) there is no sales tax added to your order.

How is Shipping Calculated?

We calculate shipping according to several factors including weight, distance, packing materials and insurance value.

What if i receive my Dubarry boots/shoes and they do not fit?

As long as your item(s) has only been tried on indoors and is still in ‘boxed’ condition, you can return it (them) to us within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund. Multiple exchanges on a single purchase may incur an admin and postage fee (you will be informed of this fee in advance). Please see the ‘terms and conditions' page for more information.
